Two languages that are two sites to a search engine, including right-to-left done properly.
Most bilingual sites are one site with a toggle, which is why only one language ever ranks. Each language needs its own address, its own copy and a declared relationship to the other.
Is machine translation enough?
For indexing, no. Duplicate or thin translations are usually ignored or demoted.
Can we add a third language later?
Yes. The routing and hreflang are built to take another locale without a rewrite.
